If you need help with SelfStats, email support@selfstats.app. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened.
Common tasks
- Create counting, number-entry, or checkbox stats for anything you want to track.
- Group stats into themes so different parts of your life stay easy to find.
- Open a stat detail page to review history, rates, streaks, and adjustment options.
- Copy stats to a spreadsheet, export CSV files, or back up app data as JSON.
